Marc,
Sorry for the delay in getting back. The trip was spectacular, the accommodations tremendous and the golf at times both terrific and horrible (but fun). Thanks for putting this together and I’ll be sure to spread the word to others about your service.
Thanks again,
Frank. Wilmington, DE, USA

Hi Marc,
What a fantastic trip! My thanks to you for making all the arrangements and particularly for the follow up and contact. It was good to hear your voice on my mobile and it helps to personalise the experience. I now believe that Dublin is my favourite city worldwide! Just a great place and I would have missed something wonderful not to have had a good look around. Such history and splendor and the people are so helpful and friendly, fulfilling the ledgendary hospitality which abounds. There was a street entertainers festival on, which I am sure you know about, and it was just terrific. Kept me busy for hours. I did a tour of the city as well and could happily have spent many more days there.
Playing The Island Golf Course was the highlight of my golfing experience. Spectacular, and in the best condition of all the courses I played including Royal County Down and Royal Portrush! It was a challange just finding Carne, but well worth it. The others were all great links courses and a pleasure to be able to play. All the accommodation were excellent. You gave me a little of everything; thanks. Dermot at Seasons Lodge is a real character and was very helpful particularly, feeding me early in the mornings before anyone else was even up.
I can only hope that I may be able to return to play some more of the courses a little further south. Provided my health (and money) stay with me a little longer I shall return and hopefully catch up with you as well.
Many, many thanks for your wonderful service and your kind interest in my travels.

Hi Marc,
We got back home last evening from our wonderful golf trip! Everything went extremly well, the courses were great, weather was fantastic (only 1 ten minute shower during the whole trip). Old Head was the best golf experience any of us have ever had... WOW! All four of us just loved the experience and appreciated your co-ordination... Thanks!
Best regards,

Marc,
Sorry for the delayed comment. I believe the 4 of us would agree that it was a great trip. The courses we played were perfect, yes we may have wanted to play 1-2 other courses but there was a time element.
The accommodations were what I had hoped for. I am glad we stayed at the Turnberry Hotel but for your info that may have been our least favorite... partly because the next place at Lochgreen House in Troon was my favorite. The Turnberry Hotel was not as warm nor the intimacy that I personally like but saying that it was fun to stay 1 night in this historic site.
Your directions and phone calls were appreciate and your control on our weather could not have been more perfect. Without an exception the staff at all the Hotels were unbelievably helpful and pleasant. Finally, I wish I had more money so we could do another trip.

Awesome trip Marc, thank you for setting it all up.
Turnberry was my favorite and I would love to have go at Troon again, a lot of Scottish quirk. The Old Course and St Andrews were the best. Would probably stay and play there more next time. The Jubilee is underrated gem. Carnoustie is very good as well, finishing stretch is HARD.
Lodging was a good mix of urban and country flavor. Frank snored too much even with nose strip. Will have to work on that next time!

Marc,
Now that I'm back in the swing of things here, I wanted to take a moment to again thank you for your outstanding work in putting together our trip. As you know, or may have sensed, I was somewhat cautious with you because of the fact that I found you on the internet and therefore had to have some blind faith in your word and abilities. My blind faith proved to be a great thing. All of your recommendations in not only structuring the trip, but selecting the golf and accomodations options were spot on. We had a great experience staying and playing at Turnberry. But it was your recommendation to play Western Gailes which stands out. It is a great links course, with a fantastic feel to it. The classic clubhouse looked it had been preserved for 100 years or more. The train running along one side and the water along the other side of the out and back layout added to the experience. Western Gailes was an excellent recommendation and an experience we would have missed if you had not emphasized its virtues to us.
I know we had some logistical challenges for you with the second foursome coming in to St. Andrews the same day we were travelling there after our round on the west coast. The transportation for our 2 groups was handled with ease and we reunited on schedule at Dunvegan Hotel that early evening. Your selection of John as our driver and caretaker was perfect. John is a true pro, whose clear goal for the week was to make sure we had everything we needed, that we arrived to our tee time as scheduled, and that we didn't have to think about anything but enjoying ourselves. He succeeded on all fronts.
In St. Andrews, again your strong but not overbearing recommendation of Rusacks was absolutely correct. At one point I asked you if we should book the Old Course Hotel and you gently steered me away from that, citing the better golfing ambience at Rusacks. You were not only correct on the golfing ambience and energy at Rusacks, but the fact that it is stumbling distance from the Dunvegan was a big plus as well. With respect to the golf in St. Andrews, again your recommendation to play Kingsbarns was genius. It was probably the most spectacularly beautiful course we played.
Marc, bottom line is that you did a great job for us and we all greatly appreciate it. You build a reputation one person at a time in any profession. I can assure you that you now have 8 loyal clients who hope some day to come back to Scotland, or perhaps one of the other countries you service, and who will call you or recommend you to our friends and associates.
A job well done! Cheers.
